Welcome to Adivino Gallery. By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be the age of majority where you live or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Artwork and product information
Adivino Gallery offers original artworks, fine art prints, empty picture frames, and related gallery items. Original artworks are one-of-one pieces. Prints are reproductions, and frames are sold separately from artwork. Review each product page for its description, size, finish, and availability.
We aim to show products accurately, but colors, texture, scale, and appearance can vary with screen settings, lighting, and photography. Original artworks may include a Certificate of Authenticity when stated in the product description.
Prices, payment, and availability
Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Complete checkout and any payment due before an order is confirmed. Descriptions, prices, and availability may be updated. Adivino Gallery may correct pricing errors or cancel an order affected by a technical or listing error.
Original artwork availability is limited. Once an original is sold, it may not be restocked or recreated.
Returns, order issues, and shipping
Our Refund policy explains final sale, order corrections, and how to report a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item. Our Shipping policy explains delivery areas, shipping rates, tracking, and delivery issues. Please review both before ordering.
Artwork and image rights
Purchasing a physical artwork or print does not transfer reproduction, licensing, or commercial image-use rights. Those rights remain with the artist or copyright owner unless agreed otherwise in writing. Contact the gallery for permission to reproduce or commercially use artwork images.
Website conduct
Do not use this website for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, or interfere with its security or operation. Adivino Gallery may refuse service or cancel transactions involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, abusive behavior, or misuse of the website.
