Shipping Policy

Adivino Gallery ships original artwork with care to help ensure each piece arrives safely and securely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Because each artwork is an original piece, additional time may be needed for proper packaging, handling, or shipping preparation.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped, if tracking is available.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the artwork size, weight, packaging requirements, and delivery location.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout when available. Larger or framed artworks may require additional handling, custom packaging, or carrier-specific pricing.

Packaging

Each artwork is packaged with care to help protect it during transit. Framed pieces and original paintings may be wrapped, reinforced, and boxed according to the needs of the artwork.

Adivino Gallery takes reasonable steps to package artwork securely, but delivery handling by shipping carriers is outside of our control.

Shipping Delays

Adivino Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Adivino Gallery is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be resent.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at:


Please include your order number, clear photos of the packaging, and clear photos of the damaged artwork. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right when appropriate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Adivino Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin a claim or investigation.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on the artwork and destination. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, or additional delivery costs required by their country.

Adivino Gallery is not responsible for customs delays or charges.
